What this catalog is, what it isn’t, and who’s responsible for what.

Acceptance of these terms
By using gaphunterlabs.github.io (“this site”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site; there's no account to close and nothing else to do.
What this site is
This site is an informational catalog: it indexes, describes, and links to JetBrains-family and VS Code plugins built by Gap Hunter Labs, using publicly available data from JetBrains Marketplace, the VS Code Marketplace, and GitHub. The site does not sell, host, distribute, or license any plugin directly. It also presents the independent consulting services offered by Gap Hunter Labs (see “Consulting services” below); those services are agreed and performed separately, under their own written terms, not through this site.
Third-party marketplaces
Installing or purchasing any plugin listed here happens entirely on JetBrains Marketplace or the Visual Studio Code Marketplace, not on this site. JetBrains or Microsoft handle payments, invoices, and refunds under their own terms. The license to use each plugin is the plugin’s own: the paid JetBrains plugins are licensed under the Gap Hunter Labs End User License Agreement, and all plugin source code is published under the Apache License 2.0. JetBrains and Microsoft are not parties to that license.
Consulting services
Separately from the plugin catalog, Gap Hunter Labs offers paid engineering services — such as a fixed-scope performance audit of an IntelliJ plugin, plugin updates for new IDE versions, dependency and CI/CD security reviews, and custom plugins. These services are not sold or ordered through this site. Any engagement is agreed directly with the client in a separate written quote or agreement that states its own scope, price, deliverables, warranty, and liability. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance by itself, a binding quote, or a guarantee of a specific result; the governing terms of any engagement are those of the signed quote or agreement, not these site terms. Contacting Gap Hunter Labs through this site creates no obligation on either side until such a written agreement is in place.
Accuracy of information
Download counts, ratings, pricing, GitHub stars, and similar figures on this site are pulled from public APIs (plugins.jetbrains.com and the GitHub API) on a periodic refresh cycle. They reflect a snapshot, not necessarily the live value at the moment you read this page. This site is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. If you find something wrong, report it and it will be fixed, but real-time accuracy is not guaranteed.

JetBrains, IntelliJ IDEA, WebStorm, PyCharm, and related marks are trademarks of JetBrains s.r.o. Visual Studio Code is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. GitHub is a trademark of GitHub, Inc. These names appear on this site solely to describe plugin compatibility and marketplace listings. This site and its plugins are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by JetBrains, Microsoft, or GitHub.
Intellectual property
The design, text, and original content of this site belong to Gap Hunter Labs. Plugin source code lives in its own public repository under github.com/GapHunterLabs and is governed by that repository’s own license, not by these terms. The paid plugins, as distributed on JetBrains Marketplace, are also covered by the End User License Agreement.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape this site at a rate that degrades it for others, don’t attempt to circumvent its security measures, and don’t use the contact flow to submit anything unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent. Reasonable, low-volume automated access (e.g., a link checker) is fine.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any plugin obtained through a linked marketplace. Your relationship with the marketplace and with the plugin itself (its own license, its own terms) governs your use of that plugin. This site is an informational catalog and a point of contact; it is not itself the product or the service. Any paid engagement is governed by its own written agreement, whose liability terms prevail over this section for that engagement.
Governing law
This site is operated from Colombia by an individual, not a registered company. These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
